Terms of Service

Chart TradeBee ("we", "us", "the Service") is operated by TradeBee, registered in Greece.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chart TradeBee website, dashboard, and automated trading bot service (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Chart TradeBee provides:

• AI-assisted chart analysis for cryptocurrency markets, available on a pay-per-use credit basis.
• An automated trading bot that connects to your own account on a supported third-party cryptocurrency exchange (currently MEXC) using API credentials you provide, and executes trades on your behalf according to strategies you select.

We do not custody, hold, or have direct access to your funds at any time. All funds remain in your exchange account. Trades are executed via API instructions sent to the exchange based on your selected strategy and signals.

Chart TradeBee provides software only. We are not a broker, financial advisor, investment advisor, or portfolio manager, and we do not exercise discretion over your funds or trading decisions. Every trade executed through the Service is the result of a strategy and settings you selected; the Service automates the mechanical execution of that choice on your behalf, on your own exchange account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must have a verified email address before connecting an exchange account or activating the bot.
• You are responsible for ensuring use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction, including any local restrictions on cryptocurrency trading or automated trading tools.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Exchange API credentials you provide are stored encrypted and used solely to place, monitor, and close orders on your behalf per your selected strategy.

• The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in packages via our payment processor (Stripe) and are consumed when you use chart analysis or when the bot executes trades on your behalf.
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Prices for credit packages are displayed at the time of purchase and may change at our discretion for future purchases; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. By activating the bot or using any trading feature of the Service, you specifically acknowledge and accept each of the following:

• Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Prices can be extremely volatile, and you may lose some or all of the funds you allocate to trading.
• Past performance of any strategy, including backtested, historical, or previously displayed results, is not indicative of future results. No strategy offered through the Service is guaranteed to be, or to remain, profitable.
• The Service does not provide investment advice, and nothing in the Service — including chart analysis, strategy descriptions, or performance statistics — constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
• You are solely responsible for every trading decision made through your account. This includes, without limitation: the decision to activate any strategy; the leverage, position size, and risk parameters you select; the decision to keep the bot active; and the decision to stop it. Choosing to automate execution of a strategy does not transfer responsibility for that choice to us.
• Automated systems, including this one, can and do fail. Causes of failure may include, without limitation, exchange downtime or API errors, network interruptions, software defects, incorrect or delayed signals, and extreme or illiquid market conditions (including slippage and failure of stop-loss or take-profit orders to execute at the intended price in fast-moving markets). You accept this as an inherent risk of using an automated trading tool, separate from ordinary market risk.
• You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose, and you are responsible for independently assessing your own risk tolerance, financial situation, and the suitability of any strategy before activating it.
• Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law; the extent to which we are liable for losses is set out separately in Section 7 (Limitation of Liability).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Market volatility or price movements of any cryptocurrency, including losses resulting from trades executed exactly as instructed by your selected strategy and settings.
• Malfunction, downtime, or errors in the Service, to the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Actions, downtime, errors, or security incidents at the connected exchange (MEXC) or any other third party, including but not limited to exchange hacks, API failures, or delayed or incorrect data.
• Technical issues outside our reasonable control, including internet or network outages, hosting provider failures, or payment processor issues.
• Misuse of your account or credentials by you or any third party you granted access to, including sharing of login details or API keys.

This limitation does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party service outages, including the connected exchange, hosting providers, or payment processor.

• You may stop using the Service and disconnect your exchange account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law.
• Unused credits at the time of termination are handled as described in Section 5.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules granting the consumer a choice of forum.
